The 17th CPC
National Congress has completely blocked the road to
the political reform
The one party dictatorship definitely declined the
political reform, and the Chinese people life and
poverty increased day by day, the communist party
more and more occupied the state resources
In recognition of the issues that the communist
party who is represented by Hu and Wen still
enforces the one-party dictatorship and its stubborn
position of declining any kind political reform; In
recognition of the fact that most Chinese people
gradually lost their rights as well as the elevation
of the poverties; In recognition of the fact that
internal fights to seize the power and the
embezzlement of state asset by the oligarchs. The
one-party dictatorship has produced unfairness and
systematic corruption. Such unfairness and
corruption has caused the strong antagonism between
the communist party and the people, and such
antagonism elevated to a critical point, above which
the social turmoil would break out. More than ten
thousand demonstrations annually indicated that
Chinese society will enter into a eve of political
reform in the year of 2008.
In order to prevent the tragedy and failures from repeating due to the
insufficient spiritual preparation to the sudden
arrival of democratic movement during the June 4th
period, in order to correctly control and push the
society progress to the right direction, in order to
finish the necessary transition from the
dictatorship to democracy, in order to make 1.3
billion Chinese people to get ride of the constrain
imposed by the one-party dictatorship, it is
necessary for our revolutionary democratic party to
elucidate our basic political positions on such
moment when various phenomena has clearly indicated
the arrival of China’s democracy revolution
The “White Book about the Political Party” published after the CPC 17th
Congress has declared definitely that the absolute
lead by the communist party and one-party
dictatorship should not be changed. It indicates
that the so-called political reform claimed by the
CPC is a total lie. The White Book has defined the
CPC as the sole leader and ruling party. It also
defined the so-called eight “democracy parties” as
participation parties. The White Book regulated that
all the politics must be taken care by CPC, the
father party and its eight child parties. It is the
so-called cooperative mechanism by multiple parties
headed by the CPC. CPC thought that such pseudo
democracy manipulated by it could disguise its
dictatorship. On the contrary, it has illustrated
its dictatorship. Such game manipulated by the CPC
makes people think a fashionable puppet show. The
manipulator manipulates on the back of the puppet,
and he pretends another people’s tongue to joke with
the puppet, just like two genuine persons’ dialogue,
which always makes audiences laugh. The cooperative
mechanism between CPC and those eight democracy
parties is just like such puppet show. Those eight
parties who are manipulated by the CPC like eight
puppets made their best efforts to show and
unanimously express that they will accept CPC’s
leading forever. Such behavior of CPC is to insult
people’s intellectual. Surprisingly the expense of
those eight parties was from CPC. CPC uses money
from taxpayers to support those so-called democracy
parties. More laughable thing is that the head of
those democracy parties was nominated and designated
by the CPC, and many of those people are also the
members of CPC. In order to indicate that their
position was authorized by the CPC, some of those
democracy parties’ leaders insisted that their
reliquiae body should be covered with CPC’s flag
when they are died in order to indicate that they
are the members of the proletariat class. All these
has demonstrated that the so-called cooperation
among multiple parties is an inaptitude farce. It
should be pointed out that those eight parties are
not real political parties because:
1.
The primary nature of a political party is
that such party should have a target of reign. An
organization without such target and desire is at
most a club-style social group. Those eight
democracy parties fed by CPC admitted affirmatively
that they have no willingness to reign. Therefore,
they do not possess the eligibility as a political
party.
2.
The second character of a political party is
its independence. It means that one party is not
subject to the administration of any other parties.
However, those democracy parties in China all
admitted that they accept the absolute guidance of
CPC. Therefore, they were at most an organization
beneath CPC’s Union Ministry.
Actually just one fact could illustrate the
ridiculous nature of the so-called multi-parties
cooperation mechanism. CPC currently has 80 million
members whereas those eight democracy parties just
have less than two hundred thousand members. It
means that the number of CPC members is 400 times of
that of democracy parties. Whenever one person
votes together with 400 persons, can we expect that
one four-hundredth has any political value?
CPC claimed itself as the ruling (reign) party, and
it also defined those eight vases produced by itself
as the participation party, such type of arrangement
is very ridiculous. It is well known that CPC has
solely occupied the ruling power for over half a
century since its regime. The CPC on the one hand
fully controls the power, but on the other hand, it
attempts to disguise its dictatorship, just like a
prostitute who wants to appear as a virgin. In
order to embellish itself, it produced those eight
so-called democracy parties to parade it. CPC says
it is the most reasonable democratic politics
conducted by multiple parties. However, the CPC has
never shared any bit of its power with those eight
child parties but defined those parities as
participation parties. What does the participation
parties means, it means that they could only pay
homage to the CPC, but cannot share its power. The
term “participation parties” is solely invented by
the CPC. When we take a look at almost one hundred
democracy countries, there are no such weird
phenomena in those countries. Thus “participation
parties” is only a crankiness produced by the CPC.
We do not want to challenge the sole invention right
of CPC regarding the term of “participation party”.
It is CPC’s patent. But we should rectify another
term “ruling party”, which was defined by CPC. CPC
defined itself as the ruling party. The term
“ruling party” is a specific concept resulted from
the multi-parties mechanism in modern democracy
political system. The concept of ruling party is an
antonym of the opposition party. The meaning of the
ruling party is that a party that went through
election with other parties, and it has acquired
most votes and finally obtained eligibility to lead
a country. Meanwhile, the parties who got less votes
than the ruling party are called opposition party.
A party who wants to become a ruling party must have
three prerequisites. First, it should admit and join
the fair elections, which is endowed by the
constitutions; second, it should win in a legal
election; third, it must be adherent to the
stipulated ruling period duration, which means once
its ruling period expires, it must surrender the
power to the party who won the election. Any party
in any country could be defined as a genuine ruling
party as long as it meets with above three
conditions. It is obvious that the CPC does not
possess those conditions. However, it still
acclaimed itself as a ruling party. It is just like
a prostitute who wants to pretend she is a virgin.
CPC not only denied the elections and deprived
people’s election right, but also occupied the power
forever. Such a dictatorship party, an autocracy
party and a fascist party surprisingly defined
itself as a ruling party. We have to warn Mr. Hu
Jin Tao why the communist party still pretends
loving the democracy while it is actually obsessed
with dictatorship.
Whenever people
requested CPC to conduct political reform again and
again, everybody with consciousness is aware that
the political reform is to change the one-party
autocracy, which has dominated in China for more
than half a century. The essential problem is
whether CPC could be placed merely as one of
multiple available selections to the people. If the
CPC is still stubborn and refused to change, the
political reform will become a hollow word.
Currently the CPC’s white book declared that the
one-party autocracy could not be changed, so it
implies that CPC has already blocked the door to the
political reform completely and blocked all the
channels to the democracy. In face of such cruel
situation, there is no other choices available but
revolution.
II.
Chinese Society Has Already Been Divided Into
Two Antagonism Camps
As a Chinese individual with consciousness, we
should be aware China position in the World
civilization. In the 21st century, all
the big countries have already stepped into the
democracy system, only our China is still
constrained by the communism, which is platitude,
lagged and anti-humanitarian. The character of this
mechanism is that under the control of a specific
and free-of-criticizing social system, a specific
political party forever rules the entire society
without any restrictions. Such specific
organization by means of violence controls all the
powers. It fully occupied the legislation,
jurisdiction and executive administration, all of
rights are supposed to be owned by the people. Such
unsupervised and permanent privilege of course
cannot get acknowledgement and obedience from the
entire society. Therefore, the CPC must use
violence and lying to maintain its position and make
it free from being challenged and questioned. It
then curbs the freedom of speech. As a result, the
corruption in politics and moral is inevitable. In
order to fool the Chinese people, the CPC said: “We
are all Chinese, so no matter officials or ordinary
people should unit around the communist party and
establish a kind of society in harmony.” Some
Chinese people who do not have the consciousness of
right were deceived by the communist culture. They
took for granted that Chinese people should not
criticize the insufficiency of CPC. They thought
even the CPC is not good, it is still the internal
matter of China. Such wrong idea in those people
was utilized by CPC. Right, we are Chinese. The
basic matter is that the communist has illegally
occupied public rights and deceived and the people
. After China was dominated by the one-party
autocracy CPC for half a century, China’s society
has already divided into two antagonism camps, one
is the privileged aristocracies with absolute
power, and the other one is ordinary who were
deprived of basic human rights and
minimum Under the one-party
dictatorship,
Currently the CPC’s already possesses
four striking characters: hereditary
gangster-like, family-controlled and monopoly.
They are above the law and outside the supervisions
of the news.
In the so-called economic reform, the populaces have
lost the basic life safeguard and relatively stable
employment right in Mao’s period. Most people has
to assume the risk and bad effect caused by the
“CPC’s economic reform. Over half a century, people
sold their labor with cheapest price to the state
and produced large amount of assets. Those assets
are finally grabbed and occupied by CPC’s dignitary
in the name of economic reform. The
“power-standard” mechanism prevailed in the
one-party dictatorship. According to such
mechanism, the amount of treasure an individual
could possess is proportional to how big the power
he owns. The plebeians not only lost basic human
rights, but also the right to control and allocate
the wealth. The civilians gradually become pariahs
without any social status as well as a poverty group
without private possessions. The fact that plebeians
gradually became slaves and CPC agnate evolved into
aristocracies has already annotated what the
Chinese-style socialism is. The plebian who have no
power are indeed slaves living at the bottom
hierarchies of the one-party dictatorship’s
pyramid. They have already lost basic human rights
and dignity. The innermost nature of CPC’s
one-party autocracy is that it has deprived the
basic prerequisite as to why the human beings are
human beings, and such prerequisite is the freedom.
In order to get back the basic human rights, Chinese
civilians have only one choice, which is to organize
and fight by means of revolution in order to abolish
CPC’s autocracy.
III.
Five Vicious Decays of CPC
CPC has 86 years of history since its establishment
in 1921. During these 86 years, it has experienced
five transformations of decays. The first decay was
from 1921 to 1949. CPC transformed from a Burswick,
which pursues violence into a feudalist and facieses
organization. The second transformation was from
1949 to 1966, CPC transformed from a feudalist and
facieses organization into a left-winged facieses
group. The third transformation was from 1966 to
1977, CPC transformed from Mao-styled left-winged
facieses group into a right-winged facieses group.
The fourth transformation was from 1977 to 1997, CPC
transformed from a right-winged facieses group into
a state-styled privilege bureaucracy and terrorism
group. The fifth transformation was from 1997 to
2007, CPC has transformed into a hereditary,
corruptive and gangster-styled terrorism group.
Lord Arkton said: “The power is
corruption, and absolute power is absolute
corruption.” Such word has revealed the essence
that the society must have a balance-and-constraint
mechanism. On the one hand, the society without
power could not survive. However, the society will
fall into an anti-humanitarian abyss if there is no
constraint and balance mechanism, which could
control and equilibrate the power. Since its
establishment, CPC kept on its experiment, which
implemented violence to eradicate the private
ownership. Such experiment was based on the
sacrifice people’s freedom and human rights. As a
result: the rule pursued by CPC was despises the
value of life, tramps the freedom. Therefore, its
target to establish an equal society eventually
became a utopian. The land in China becomes a
slaughter field and CPC became a terrorist group.
The decays of CPC has demonstrated that sovereign
will embarked onto a road, which is
anti-humanitarian no matter how beautiful and
pleasing its flag was at the very beginning. CPC a
party pursues violence, which has risen in name of
“opposing the private ownership”, has finally
decayed into the most corruptive, dictatorship,
gangster-styled oligopoly power in human the
history. If Marx is aware of this matter, he would
have been very regrettable and guilty to see that
his theory has produced a group of vampires.
IV.
CPC has already become a hereditary and
gangster-styled corruptive Group
CPC claimed it is necessary to conduct one-party
dictatorship. The main reason in support this claim
is that it represents advanced thought, advanced
production power and advanced culture. However, CPC
has never proved to us where it gained such
representation. Except for its self-claimed
representation eligibility no other evidence or
logical inferences has demonstrated that CPC could
always represent the so-called advanced thought,
advanced production power and advanced culture. It
is extremely ridiculous for a political party to
fully occupy the public rights indefinitely on the
basis of a self-compiled representation right claim.
It is just like a robber who showed his own
signature to prove that the treasure he has
plundered from other people is his own property.
Meanwhile, there is no object standard to evaluate
whether the thought, production power and culture
are advanced or not. Advanced thing in eyes of the
communist might be a totally different thing in view
of non-communist organizations. Thus the key issue
is that the CPC has grabbed and occupied the public
powers indefinitely merely based on its own
self-indulgence interpretation to a concept. More
ridiculously, CPC put this interpretation into the
state constitution. Once the privilege to grab and
occupy the public power is established, the basic
justice has been turned upside down. All the
injustice, unfairness, filthy and vulgar things thus
resulted from such privilege. It is enough for just
picking out one thing of the ridiculous nature of
the CPC: During these sixty years since CPC came to
the power, CPC has continuously grabbed and occupied
the state treasure as its own property. It means the
communist party’s enormous expenditures is written
off from the state treasury indefinitely. On the
one hand, CPC claimed itself as a servant who serves
for the people. On the other hand, this so-called
servant could at its own discretion to control and
get money freely from the “master’s” account. The
most absurd thing is that this servant never reports
to its master how much money he has spent from the
master’s account. The linkage between the CPC’s
treasury and the state’s treasury has affirmatively
demonstrated that the communist party is a thief who
has embezzled and peculated the treasures, which is
belonged to 1.3 billion people. It is polite to say
that the communist is a rubber. A rubber who
plundered would make attempt to escape the penalties
of the laws. The communist or the so-called
servant, after absorbing the treasure, still forces
the people to worship it, to call long life of
communist and to call it as “mother”. It also
educated people to sing: “party, party, my dear
party, you have fed me up with your sweet milk!”
Now the aristocracy of CPC has already seized the
state treasure as well as the most profitable
state-owned enterprises. After being partitioned,
those enterprises are controlled by lots of
high-ranking officials’ offsprings. They
transferred the state’s asset under their own name
on various “legal” excuses. For example, Hu Jin
Tao’s son Hu Hai Feng, by means of black-box
manipulation, has grabbed the contracts of 147
airports’ security inspection equipments across
China’s 31 provinces and cities. Even the value of
the equipment procurement for one airport is more
than a billion RMB. For another example, Wang Jun,
the son of Wang Zhen who was called butcher on
account of his commanding of the cracking-down
against the student movement at Tiananmen Square has
his own company, and the company’s mark-to-market
value is 701.4 billion RMB. Jiang Ze Min’s son Jian
Mian Heng owns China Network & Telecommunication,
and its market value is 166.6 billion RMB. Li
Peng’s son Li Xiao Yong owns Hua Neng Electricity
Corp, and the company’s market value is 160 billion
RMB. Here we do not need to enumerate the enormous
treasure of Deng Xiao Ping’s son Deng Pu Fang.
CPC’s aged member Chen Bo Da wrote a famous book.
Its title was “The Biggest Four Families in China”.
It enumerated Chiang Kai Shiek, Song, Kong and Chen
as the biggest corruptive families during the
Nationalist era. However, Chen Bo Da could not
imagine that within the 50 years since CPC has
replaced the Nationalist Party, the asset amount of
the communist aristocracies have already been
millions of times as that of the big four families.
If the Nationalist is a small mouth, in comparison,
the communist is a huge hippopotamus who could suck
the entire water of a lake completely.
The root of corruption is the absolute power, which
was not constrained. The absolute is resulted from
the political mechanism itself. It is a permanent
and complete cancer which could not be cured. The
mechanism is like a soil condiment vessel (dyeing
jar), and as long as a person steps into it, he will
be inevitably colored. Zhu Rong Ji were claimed as
an incorruptible primer. He ever declared that he
had prepared 100 coffins for those corruptive
officials. However, he destroyed his prestige
afterwards. He agreed to retire to give up the
power, but in return, the state allowed his family
to seize China’s natural gas transmission project.
In addition, under his assistance, his family has
finally grabbed the “Jin Sui Project”, which was to
procure computer terminals for the nation-wide tax
system. His family thus gained several billion RMB
from those two state projects. There is another
premier who is still in power, he is Wen Jia Bao.
He is acclaimed as a premier who is congenial to
people. His son Wen Yun Son, assisted by father’s
power, has purchased the shares of Ping An Insurance
Company, whose mark-to-market value was 3.2 billion
RMB, but Wen Yun Son only spent 46 million RMB for
this transaction. After sanctioned by Premier Wen,
Ping An Insurance Company was listed in Hong Kong
Stock Market, and its value has ramped up to 7.3
billion. Premier Wen’s wife Zhang Pei Li is the
female giant of the jewelry industry. She is the
chairman of China State Jewelry Corporation and she
is also the CEO of China Diamond Corporation. In an
international jewelry exhibition, she spent 2
million to purchase jewelry for herself. On the
exhibition, the counsel Yu Zhong Da of Taiwan
Jewelry Association said: “The ring value of Premier
Wen’s wife is at least 2 million RMB.” The new
communist aristocracies made this richest
billionaire in Taiwan feel embarrassed and dowdy. A
poem said: “When Premier Zhu sworn to eradicate the
corruption, the jewelry of Premier Wen’s wife has
not been priced and valued. If he had been off the
power earlier, who could tell whether his word was
true or false.” Ancient poet Du Fu said: “While the
wine and food of aristocracy families become
decayed, lots of civilians were and hunger and
frozen to death besides the road.”
Today, the word communist has already become a piece
of shame-shelter. The offspring of the privileged
class could utilize unsupervised powers to seize
people’s treasure. Whoever could enter into this
class could get a ticket to the paradise and could
get help and mutually benefit for each other.
Therefore, people within this class are all adhere
to a steeled rule, which is maintaining the
stability and closed-end nature of this class by all
means. Any element, which will potentially affect
the stability of this class should be eradicated at
its infant period. The so-called “stability
dominates everything” is a state policy. In the June
4th period of 1989, Deng Xiao Ping and Li
Peng could disregarded the state laws and cracked
down the student movement with the army. CPC, this
hereditary privilege class is very clear whether it
could be alive all relies on whether it could
control the military force. Therefore, they firmly
controlled the army. Therefore, CPC has become a
gangster, which is not restrained by the laws.
Within this gangster, apart from money transactions,
there is no justice, regulations and procedures.
Such unrestrained nature could be reflected from the
issue that Deng Xiao Ping could designate two
generations of the communist secretary. Deng’s
behavior is not only unprecedented in the world’s
communist movement, but also unprecedented in
China’s feudalist history. In the history, even a
powerful emperor could only designate his next
generation successor. However, as an ordinary party
member, Deng Xiao Ping could abolish two generations
of the party secretaries and designate secretaries
for the next two generations. Is there any justice
existed in this party? Is there any choice for the
civilians?
In today’s China that has 1.3 billion of population,
the history has demonstrated: among all ridiculous
matters, the biggest ridiculous matter is that one
party fully occupies the public power. Among all
the injustice, the biggest injustice is that one
party fully occupies the public power. Among all
the unfairness, the biggest unfairness is that one
party fully occupies the public power.
In modern society, the creation and implementation
of the public power is the most important factor,
which could control various relationships in this
society. If the public power is seized and occupied
by a specific group illegally, all the justice will
be turned upside down. The justice basis that the
fairness relies upon will be in an entire upheaval.
Under the mechanism of one-party autocracy, the
basic rules that a civilized society possesses such
as freedom of speech, independence of jurisdiction,
army is belonged to the state could not be
implemented. The public power is manipulated in the
hands of several political oligopolies. The final
arbitrations of various conflicts are entirely
dependent upon those oligopolies’ interest.
Therefore, we could conclude that sole occupying of
the public power by a party indefinitely is the
biggest enemy to all people. The currently
situation is that the country’s hardship cannot be
terminated without eradicating the one-party
dictatorship.
Our purpose of analyzing the ridiculous nature of
the one-party dictatorship is not only to criticize
its corruption, but also to tell the people that CPC
is a gangster group whose sole target is to protect
their power, properties and interest. Hoping this
gangster to change its behavior and conduct a real
political reform is impossible, and it is just like
negotiating with a tiger to get its skin and
climbing onto a tree to fish. If the political
reform is conducted, CPC’s ugly behaviors will be
exposed to everybody. The communist will be put into
trial like Nazis and
Khmer
Rouge. Therefore the communist group fears the
democratic reform, which are like the flood and
beasts to them. So there is no other choices except
for revolution, which could enable us to abolish the
one-party dictatorship!
V.
Revolution is the only way to the
Democracy
Lots of wise people
have already envisioned that various conflicts are
not accordable and CPC is also incurable. But those
people still have an illusion, still hope CPC could
conduct political reform. The reason why the
democracy progress in China is so slow and hard is
that some people are afraid of revolution and they
still hope CPC could reform itself.
In these several decades, CPC’s retroaction was in
the name of revolution. Therefore, many people are
confused with the word revolution. We must
correctly understand the meaning of revolution. The
revolution acclaimed by our democracy –revolution
group means that the society in China should
experience a complete change. The one-party
dictatorship is one of the two worst mechanisms. The
other one is Hitler’s Fascism. In terms of the
destroying to civilization, Fascism cannot compare
with CPC. To a worst mechanism, the best way is to
eradicate it and replace with the democracy.
Therefore, a real revolution is inevitable. Such
claim as applauding democracy but opposing the
revolution is a kind of self-contradiction styled
mental disturbance. This claim is like a situation
that a person claims that he wants a child but he
opposes women to get pregnant. It is absurd because
opposing pregnancy means declining to have children.
All in all, “supporting democracy” but opposing
revolution is indeed refusing democracy.
Since June 4, 1989, our Democracy Group has strived
for almost 20 years. However whenever we review the
progress of democracy, it is unfortunately to find
that the democracy is still stagnant. Some people
thought that the power of democracy movement is too
tiny and CPC is too strong. Some people complained
that the international support was too weak, and
other people complained that people’s consciousness
is too low. I do not think those are the major
reasons. The most important reason why democracy has
perambulated for so long is that the democracy
people did not put the revolution as their creed.
Since the June 4th, lots of people were
confused and perplexed by the claim “revolution is
useless” and “saying farewell to the revolution”.
They thought that amelioration is the only available
choice for China’s democracy. They were scared to
revolution. Amelioration is a fallacy, which has
delayed China’s democracy progress for 20 years.
During the June 4th, the democratic
movement broke out vigorously, but it failed
quickly. The failure was due to amelioration. In my
opinion, during the June 4th period, a
million civilians blocked the army’s road to
Beijing. People have indeed controlled the capital
then. If most civilians had revolution spirit and
had they occupied the TV station, declared people’s
autonomy and made the army standing neutrally, it
would have been possible that any revolution action
could turn everything upside down. At that time, if
the leaders had revolution verve and high capacity
and they had led people to give CPC a fatal attack
at its feeble position, it was likely that CPC would
die immediately. However, they lost this chance.
Currently the most important issue is to learn from
the past and not to make the same mistake again. We
should lift up the revolution flag and blow the horn
of democracy, and it is the first step toward the
success. Right now some people hold such opinion as
that the supporters to amelioration and supporters
to revolution should not argue with each other, and
supporters on either side could strive to achieve
their different targets, and finally could come
together. This opinion is actually very absurd in
that the directions of revolution and amendment are
totally different, the objects they relied on are
also different, and therefore the results are
different. In the past two decades, the democracy
movements attempted to realize a kind of
amelioration target. Hence the methods they
employed were appealing, requesting, demonstration
and suggestion, etc. Those methods could only act as
a self-indulgence tool but had limited influence on
CPC, let alone shaking its sovereign. That is the
major reason why democracy movement dwindled away
gradually in these two decades. The facts indicated
that amelioration is a flower without fruit, and it
is only a tonic that enables CPC to keep and extend
its one-party dictatorship. In order to be
successful on democracy, we must pick up the
revolution cause and completely stay away from
amelioration.
VI.
To whom the democracy could be entrusted
We uphold democracy. We should know to whom we
could rely on. Previous democracy movements did not
uphold revolution, and people hoped that the CPC
could conduct self-reform. In particular, people
hoped that a person like Golbachauve could emerge
within CPC. People have waited for 20 years, but no
Golbarchauve emerged, instead a Hu-Wen mechanism
emerged, which is more corruptive and despotic. Now
we are more convinced that revolution is a necessary
method toward the democracy. If we are determined to
conduct revolution, we will be certain who we will
rely on. Who will support revolution in China? It
is no doubt that the supporters are from the class
who do not fear to lose what they already have.
This class is composed of civilians and it is the
majority of the entire population. We should root
our democracy organization into the civilians and
organize them. We should propose the policies and
targets that are most consistent with the interest
of civilians. We should bring out such primary
target as “return the farmland to farmers” and
“return the properties to civilians”. We should
discard such vain hope as that a Gorbachuve will
appear within CPC and alternatively shift our effort
into the civilians, it is a critical step to the
success.
VII.
Ox and Cloth Curtain – Whether the revolution
is hard or easy
Some people said that the reason why China’s
democracy has no progress for so long is CPC is too
strong and democracy force is too tiny. It seems
that a leaf has blocked those people’s eyes and they
could not see the mountain in distance. Actually
the power of people is far greater than that of the
dictatorship. Compared with people’s power which is
like an ocean, the dictatorship is just like one
drop of water. The people’s power is seemed weak
because people have not been organized. On the
contrary, CPC is a well-organized group. As long as
people could be organized, they will be so strong
that turn everything upside down.
I ever said: “The reason why CPC has not been pushed
down is that people took for granted that they were
unable to push over it.” If the people are aware
that CPC could be pushed over, the CPC’s
dictatorship could no longer be maintained. Whether
the people have courage to participate in the
revolution is the key issue. The victory is on the
people if they are truly aware of that. I have seen
a video which described how an African zoo
surrounded and captured the ox. The workers of a
zoo firstly surrounded a land with cloth curtain and
they only left one passage way. Then they took the
helicopter and drove thousands of ox to the area
surrounded by the curtain. Those strong ox when
they were driven into the curtain area, they
spontaneously detoured around the curtain and
flooded onto that opened passage way. But they did
not know that the cages were placed at the opened
passage way. As a result, thousands of ox were so
easily locked into the cages by these several
workers. Actually what misled those ox was the cloth
curtain. If the ox were wise enough, they would find
out that the black cloth curtain is merely a thin
film, which cannot sustain their burst. Any horns
of those ox’s could burst the curtain into pieces,
and behind the curtain, it was boundless pastures!
CPC’s violence is like the cloth curtain. It seems
terrible, but it is weak and cannot block strong
push. The essence of violence is indeed very feeble
because the prosecutors of violence are deceived
people. It is impossible for the dictators
themselves to carry the weapons and crack down the
people, it is their fatal weakness. Therefore, the
dictatorship’s violence is like a cloth curtain
whenever the people are organized. However to those
individuals who have not yet been organized, CPC’s
violence is effective and terrible. As long as
people are organized, which is a key step, it is a
non distant future when CPC’s one-party dictatorship
is destroyed.
I ever said: “The reason why CPC has not been pushed
down is that people took for granted that they were
unable to push over it.” In other words, if people
think that CPC could be pushed down, then it will be
pushed over. So this word has emphasized the
importance of people’s subjective recognition. It is
no doubt that people’s consciousness is
indispensable during the revolution. CPC’s ruling
is actually very weak, and it has to hide this fact
to the people.
During the June 4th period, Deng Xiao
Ping was determined to dispatch army did not show
CPC was strong, but on the contrary revealed its
weakness. The June 4th Movement broke
out so sudden that CPC was not prepared beforehand
and hence it has exposed its weakness to the people.
Deng Xiao Ping was very cunning: when the people
were still immersed in the joy of victory, he
started the slaughter against those students. The
slaughter formed a legend with blood that CPC could
never be defeated. The butcher Wang Zhen said: “We
will cut two hundred thousand head to maintain 20
years of peace.” The claim that CPC could never be
defeated formed a type of deterrence, and the
essence of one-party autocracy is dependent on
people’s apprehension. Tiananmen Movement was so
strong then that it has crashed people’s
apprehension to CPC. How dangerous it was to the
mechanism of one-party autocracy. Deng Xiao Ping
was aware that keeping people to live I in
apprehension was the critical issue to protect CPC’s
ruling. Therefore, he would rather sustain various
blames and use tanks and machineguns to maintain
this apprehension and deterrence.
Deng Xiao Ping’s slaughter has obviously protected
CPC for 20 years. However, a sovereignty merely
protected by tanks and machineguns is more
dangerous, and it could no longer sustain the burst
of another revolution. CPC is easy to be pushed over
because first, it has done lots of bad things and
people hate it. Second, CPC’s interest is conflict
with that of majority people. Third, CPC’s
corruption has caused hatred. Fourth, influenced by
the democracy trend in the world, Chinese people
already got wisdom and they are eager to control
their destiny. Fifth, CPC’s army and police force
are composed by civilians, and it is likely for them
to conduct uprising whenever a event-driven
situation occurs. Sixth, there are internal
conflicts among CPC’s aristocracies, and none of
them is willing to sacrifice for the dictatorship.
All in all, CPC is very weak, so the CPC’s autocracy
will be pushed over whenever the civilians rise up
to resist.
VIII.
Organizing the civilians is the key to
success.
From appearance, CPC seems strong and people seems
weak because of different organization structures of
these two camps. In face of the well-organized CPC
machine, any individual resistance is too weak. If
people are organized, then the situation will change
dramatically. At that time, CPC will become a small
boat in a big ocean, which could easily be
overturned into the bottom of ocean. Therefore
whether the democracy could be successful will
depend on whether the people could be organized.
Currently in China, it is possible to organize the
civilians. Democracy Group must tell the people by
all means that you must organize quickly if you want
to protect your rights from being infringed by the
privileged aristocracies. The first target is to
organize people with common interest into a team.
For example, the unemployed workers could be
organized into a Workers Mutual Assistance
Association; relatives of deceased mine workers
could be organized into a Reimbursement Claiming
Association; Farmers who lost farmland could be
organized into a Compensation Claiming Association,
etc. The performance that different interest groups
spontaneously form their own mutual assistance
organization is not illegally. Once those
organizations openly require and take actions to
protect their own interests, they then gradually
evolved into the basic cells, which are the corner
stones that China’s democratic mechanism should rely
on.
Those interest groups should express their opinion
by means of legal way, and they should establish a
coalition to synchronize their actions. The
establishment of the coalition should be independent
from CPC. It should be legally and also
independently. Whenever different coalitions get
together and form bigger camps, then a platform
which reflects civilians’ basic rights is hence
formed, and then it is the time and good chance to
require the country to protect people’s basic human
rights. Will CPC crack down those organizations? Of
course it will. However, if CPC takes crack-down
action immediately, it will cause organized
resistance right away, and such crack-down will put
CPC in passive position either from the aspect of
the moral or the laws. Once the Democracy Group has
finished organizing civilians into different small
interest groups, we could push forward the democracy
movement along a track orderly. The first step is to
propose concrete interest request; the second step
is to elevate onto the level that request the
autonomies; the third step is to strive for the
rights and powers; the fourth step is to propose the
autonomy of different localities; the fifth step is
to implement the independence of different regions;
the sixth step is to propose the nation-wide
political reform. As long as we finish above
preparations, the nation-wide democracy revolution
is initialized.
IX.
Democracy is to grasp the power and interest
Organizing the civilians is only the first stage of
the democracy revolution. Organizing civilians is
not our final target. Our target is to through the
organized forces to fight for the civilian’s basic
rights against CPC. This is the second stage, which
is fighting for the power. The definition of
democracy is to fight for the power and rights
through the organized forces. From the history, it
is well-known that any rights was not falling down
to us from the sky, but was seized from the rulers.
Anywhere the human beings are dwelling, the striving
for the rights is inevitable. The only difference
is that whether such strive is fair and reasonable.
Right now, the commonly used term “right protection”
is a disputable definition. The word “right
protection” implies that we had actually possessed
this right previously, but now such right was
insufficient and harmed, so we need to protect it.
However, our Chinese people have never possessed the
right. From the Nationalist era and the Japanese
Occupation era to present communist sovereign, who
has enjoyed the human rights? Did we have freedom of
speech? Did we have freedom of thought? Did we have
the freedom of choosing government? Did we have the
freedom of keeping silent? Did we have the freedom
of demonstration? We have nothing. Therefore, the
term “right protection” has disguised a basic fact,
which is that we had never had anything, let alone
protecting it. It is self-deceive. It is
understandable that using such term sounds more
acceptable and comfortable to CPC in that such
definition will not give CPC an impression that
people are intending to seize its power. The term
“right protection” is just to plea with CPC to grant
us some benefit. This term has revealed daunt and
timid minds of “right protection” supporters.
Actually what we need to do right now is to strive
for and seize the right, and this right is ought to
be owned by the people. Such right is belonged to
the people. It is in no doubt, congenital and
non-transferable, but it was deprived by the
communist. Therefore, we need to get it back rather
than plea with CPC to grant it to us. There is no
salvage god in this world.
X.
Illumination from Chen Liang Yu Case
In 2007 the most striking even within CPC was Chen
Liang Yu case. From the revealed facts, we can find
out that Hu Jin Tao has utilized expedient to
eradicate his potential competitor on excuse of
anti-corruption. The method employed by CPC to solve
the internal power conflicts is totally learned from
that in Mafia. CPC never follows its party rules
and public procedures to solve the internal
contradictions. Actually from Mao Ze Dong to Deng
Xiao Ping, Hua Guo Feng and Jiang Ze Min period, all
of the dictators have utilized collusions and sudden
attacks to eradicate their competitors. For example,
Mao has pushed down Gao Gang, Peng De Huai, Liu Shao
Qi and Lin Biao with well-designed collusions and
sudden raid, and he never gave those people a chance
to explain and appeal. Later Hua Guo Feng employed
a method of palace riot to push down the
gang-of-four. The method Deng Xiao Ping used to
pushdown Hu Yao Bang and Zhao Zi Yang and the method
Jiang Ze Min used to push over Chen Xi Tong are all
the sudden raid.
After Hu and Wen came to power, they promised that
they would conduct internal fight. However, Hu Jin
Tao used secret method to arrest a politburo member
without the prior approval of the politburo. Chen
Liang Yu case indicated that CPC is a pure mafia
organization. In the morning, a person is still a
senior official but in the evening he has become a
prisoner. Hu Jin Tao used illegal method to drag
Chen Liang Yu off the power, and it appears such
event is just an internal fight within CPC, but it
has revealed very important political information,
which was ignored by most people. The failure of
Chen Liang Yu has a deterrence effects to other
senior officials. It warned those aristocracies
that they must obey the leaderships.
In my opinion, the reason why Chen Liang Yu was
defeated was that he did not make attack at first
when the conflict between Shanghai and the central
government became intensified. Chen Liang Yu did
not propose any political strategies and targets
beforehand, which could get favorable effect from
the public opinion. If Chen Liang Yu has sufficient
political wisdom, he would not quibble with Hu-Wen
on the issues of the social security fund.
Alternatively, before Hu-Wen takes any actions, Chen
Liang Yu could use his power in Shanghai and propose
the democracy policy within CPC, propose the policy
of suffrage elections. If so maybe China’s history
will change and Chen Liang Yu would gain a great
reputation as a pioneer of reformer. If this is the
case, it would be very hard for Hu Jin Tao to defeat
Chen Liang Yu merely based on the anti-corruption.
History is history and it cannot repeat. However,
among the peer officials of Chen Liang Yu, lots of
people are wise and brave. China has 31 provinces
and autonomous districts. Among the secretaries and
chief governors of those 31 provinces, lots of
people from them are smarter than Chen Liang Yu. I
would like to suggest those people that not
everybody of your group could be as lucky as Li Ke
Qiang and Xi Jin Ping who have been promoted to more
senior positions. Most of you in the future are
likely to be replaced or pushed over like Chen Liang
Yu. Rather than being pushed down, it is better for
most of you to do something favorable to the
democracy. The position you are on right now could
enable you to make contribution to China’s
democracy. As long as you leave the darkness and
embrace the brightness, you will become meritorious
ministers of the democracy China. The first step
for you is to fasten your current position, trying
to control the economic and military forces in your
provinces. Whenever the chance is coming, you could
declare autonomy. At the end of Qing Dynasty, Zhang
Zhi Dong ever proposed that the southeastern
provinces to form a self protection coalition, which
has disabled the central government to intervene
affairs in those provinces. This experience could be
as a reference. If so, Hu-Wen could replace
officials so easily in those regions. As a result,
the central power is no longer integrated and
alternatively it will be diversified. If you could
grasp the opportunity and support the democracy and
freedom in your region, China will have hope.
XI.
Differentiation of Military Force
Now we appeal the young military officers that China
has already entered into the 21st
Century, but CPC still uses the army as its guard.
Changing the state army into the S-S is a profanity
to the soldiers’ scared mission, and it is also an
insulting the contemporary soldiers. You should
know that the soldiers’ duty is to protect people
and dedicate allegiance to the country rather than
be loyal to any particular party or dictator. The
June 4th slaughter has already disgraced
Chinese army. An army armed with advanced weapons
even opened fires on those students and civilians.
Such behavior has marked Chinese soldiers as
poltroons and killers in World people’s eyes. Any
Chinese soldiers with aspiration and ambition should
get ride of the constraint of the party culture
imposed on the army and embrace the modern
civilization. You should stand on the side of
people and completely wash off the past humiliation.
Only like this could you become China’s Washington.
Otherwise, you will be derided and disdained forever
if you are still loyal to the dictatorship.
XII.
Escape or Rebel
Currently the trend of China’s democracy movement is
irrevocable. The forms and methods of revolution
will be different and unpredictable with the
development of situation. But one thing could be
anticipated that CPC will put the issue of cracking
down the democracy movement onto its agenda, and it
is determined by the nature of CPC. In face of the
threatening of cracking-down, the key issue is
whether the Revolution Group to chose rebellion or
escaping. In the critical point of history, when two
camps are waging battle, whoever is brave will win.
In 1989, the biggest lesson was that the democracy
came has chosen the concession and evasion. Finally
they were pressed down. We should bear in mind the
blood of June 4th Movement. When the ruler is
waiving its knife, the only choice is to resist.
The history demonstrated that the victory was
belonged to those who dared to rise up and rebel.
In the past, people were not organized
to rebel, so those democracy movements were pressed
down eventually. Concession and evasion could not
save people’s life, and it will cause more
sacrifice. In the historical moment when the new
democracy trend is coming, if CPC still use violence
to press down, then the people have reason to arm
themselves to resist this violence. Currently all
the conditions are ready, as long as the people
uprising is initialized, people will push down the
ruling of CPC. The reason is simple: the CPC’s
corruption in this two decades has pushed itself
against the people, so as long as the people rise up
and rebel, the collapse of CPC is unavoidable. The
state machine that CPC utilized to press down the
people is actually controlled by the people. It is
impossible for CPC’s privileged class to use weapon
themselves to press down the people.
XIII.
Counter-deterrence against the crack-down
The major method that CPC utilized to harm the
overseas democracy is to slander and defame, and
their way to the domestic democracy movement is to
raid and dissolve them. All these are pressing.
How to deal with the pressing is one of our major
topics. In my opinion, it is very simple: counter
deterrence. From the history, the reason why CPC
dared to crack down the democracy crazily was that
the democracy groups softness and concession. They
have given up the resistance and
counter-deterrence. In domestic, the major way of
CPC was to arrest people. The democracy groups seems
have no other choices but appealing the CPC to
release people. Whether to release them is fully
controlled by CPC. Ironically, it is like a
laughable and miserable game played within a
triangle part. These triangles are CPC, overseas
democracy organizations and governments of the
western countries. First CPC arrested a number of
democracy people and put them in jails. Second, the
overseas democracy organizations launched voices of
support and then sought the help from foreign
government to intervene. Third, some politicians in
the Western government who have their own interest
during the elections pressed the Chinese government
to release those people. Then, CPC would choose a
moment, which was most beneficial to itself and
select several qualified prisoners to release. Such
moment was usually occurred when the Chinese
government was going to sign an external economic
agreement or a CPC leader was going to visit another
country. Finally the foreign government welcomed
CPC’s decision and the democracy organization
congratulated their victory. As a result, the above
three parties all obtained what they want. The
only party that did not obtain any interest is
China’s democracy movement in that it only acted as
a poor transaction-bargaining balance (medium). CPC
was the biggest winner in that it has seized three
benefits. First, it has gained a good reputation for
ameliorating the human rights; second, it has gained
economic benefits, and third, it has made deterrence
to its opponents.
In order to get ride of this passive situation, the
democracy movement should conduct counter-deterrence
strategies. It makes CPC to pay a greater price for
its pressing the democracy. Is such
counter-deterrence is achievable? I think it is. The
key issue is that whether the democracy group could
break through the conceptual constraint of
amelioration. Actually what we can do is countless.
The major way for CPC’s pressing is to arrest
people. Why could it arrest people without
hesitation? The reason was that people who were
arrested were individuals, and they were not firmly
backed up by organizations. It is quite easy for a
government to arrest a people without team back-up.
However, if there is a strong organization or a
group of people with tremendous influence, then CPC
must consider the consequences of arresting people.
Therefore our discussion comes back to the issue
whether the people are organized. Obviously, we
must set up team which could perform
counter-deterrence. Even those individuals have no
organizations, they could still perform
counter-deterrence if they have strong fortitude.
Our revolution group must declare to CPC that in the
future, any people who approved the arrest and
executed the persecutions will be listed and
penalized. Democracy organizations also need to
declare that once the democratic government is
established in China, those people who were
responsible for pressing down the democracy will be
punished by the law.
The counter-deterrence against the individuals or
groups who were responsible for cracking down the
democracy should be performed together. The
democracy groups should protect those leaders who
were arrested in the congregated demonstration by
means of lunching larger scale demonstration. It
will make CPC realized that the consequences of
arresting the leaders will cause more powerful
demonstrations. Meanwhile, such demonstration should
be continuous and non-stop before its target is
achieved. Currently the demonstrations occur very
frequently. It has indicated that various conflicts
have been intensified. But the insufficiency of such
demonstrations is that whenever CPC arrested people,
the demonstrations were dissolved. Such situation
must be changed. The most important thing is that
the organizers should prepare to launch larger
scaled demonstration as long as CPC arrests people.
Before possessing counter-deterrence capability, the
organizers should not launch the demonstrations at
ease. Once the demonstrations are launched, the
people must be prepared to fight to end. Therefore,
arresting people would ignite more anger and larger
demonstrations. All in all, the counter-deterrence
should be listed as an important topic in the agenda
of democracy.
XIV.
Wait for the forthcoming revolution bravely
Since the beginning of this year, thousands
anti-violence events have occurred in China
frequently. The scale becomes larger and duration
becomes longer. For example, farmers who lost their
farmlands in He-Long-Jiang Province have fought for
their rights for more than half a year. Recently in
Shen Yang, more than several hundred thousand people
have surrounded the government office due to the
fraud of fund raising of Yi-Li-Shen Company, during
which period, more than ten people have committed
suicide. Such event is inclined to expand. The most
striking issue was that forty thousand people who
lost farmland for more than ten years in Fujin City
area of northeast China have posted an announcement,
which required driving away the village officials,
electing autonomous organization, claiming back
their farmland and allocating those land fairly. It
is a good sign that those farmers fight for their
rights has set up a new model for fight against the
violence. Continuous and frequent resistances
against the violence clearly indicated that a
large-scale democracy revolution is on its way to
arrive. For our revolution group, to make a good
preparation for the arrival of this revolution is
our immediate task.
The thunder storm will come, it is the cry from
prophesy. Some communist assistants have already
realized that the revolution is coming soon. Their
major way of serving the one-party autocracy is to
denounce and prevent the revolution, malign the
revolution leaders, saying they have launched riots
or turmoil. What is the democracy revolution? It is
claiming back the right and returning it to the
people, and it has nothing to do with the riots.
The essence of democracy is to establish a
mechanism, through which the power could be shifted
away from CPC peacefully. However in recognition of
China’s present situation, the only way to finalize
this shift and migration of powers from one-party
autocracy to the people is to use the revolution.
Whether the revolution be undertaken through the
peaceful or non-peaceful means is not determined by
people’s mind, it depends on what method the CPC
will utilize to cope with people’s democracy
request. We must seriously reiterate that people is
entitled to choose the way deemed appropriate to
them to push over a dictatorship sovereign as said
by Jefferson in the Independence Declaration.
XV.
Break down the concept of non-violence.
As what Mr. Sun Zhong San said, the revolution is
tremendous, and anybody follows it will be alive,
otherwise he will die. Denouncing the revolution is
injustice and immoral. Some people who are against
the revolution attempted to link the revolution to
the violence or turmoil. Their point is that the
revolution will cause violence, and the revolution
is to use new violence to replace old violence. It
is an argument altered and changed deliberately.
Actually revolution is not equal to or implies the
violence. Any violence in the course of revolution
was initialized by the rulers. So we can conclude
that riot is not resulted from revolution, but from
the counter-revolution. This conclusion is very
important in that it has indicated that it is
ridiculous to confuse the revolution with riot and
oppose the revolution. If you are really an peace
lover who oppose the violence, it is justice for you
to point your spear against the counter-revolution
camp.
Actually on the moment when the
revolution is approaching, the revolution camp is
composed of people who lived at the bottom of
society. They did not possess any tools to conduct
violence. Meanwhile, the counter-revolution camp
controlled the entire state machine, and it means
that they possessed violence. In this sense, the
counter-revolution camp is a camp with violence and
the sign of rulers was that they possessed the
violence. The essence of revolution is to oppose
the violence and pressing against the democracy
request. Now those so-called anti-violence elites
never criticize but praising the CPC dictatorship
camp. They described the autocracy’s violence as
their enforcement of law and social order. Today our
democracy supporters must break out the constraint
of the erroneous concept that revolution is
violence. We never use violence at first, but we
will never abandon our right to protect ourselves.
This is our principals.
The assistants of CPC upheld such
argument as that the revolution will cause blood.
This is a big lie fabricated by CPC, which is to
maintain and extend its sovereign. The propaganda
machine of CPC has imitated Nazi leader Gopel’s
method that the lie will become truth after it is
repeated a thousand times. CPC has praised its own
behavior, which used violence to push a legal
government as politeran revolution. When CPC was
conducting such “revolution” with violence, but
praised it as society reform. We must stress that
the democratic revolution aiming to pursue the
humanitarian never launches violence at first except
protecting the people from the violence. The
purpose of democracy is to curb the violence, and
the core of democracy is to respect the life and
humanitarian.
Actually it is hypercritical for those
one-party autocracy supporters to claim preventing
blood. On the contrary, under the one-party
autocracy, the people have to suffer slaughter.
According to CPC’s reports, the number
of people who died in the mine disasters is up to
80% of that in the world. In 2004, this figure
reached 6027. The number of suicide in China
accounted for one fourth of the world. From the
statistics of China Ministry of Health in 2003,
every year at least 250 thousand people were died
from suicide, and 2 million people attempted to
suicide but failed. The number of death penalty is
the most in China. According to statistics, at
least ten thousand prisoners were executed death
penalty every year. China is the most heavily
populated country in the world. Among the top ten
most populated cities, China has seven. According
to the test conducted by the New York Times, the
polluted elements in the air of Guangzhou City is
one hundred times above the standard in America.
The ratios of Chinese citizen who came down with
pollutions is the highest in the world. Every year,
several million of people died of abnormal reason
such as pollution. Recent years, the pressing down
against Falun Gong is another big tramp on the human
rights after the June 4th Movement.
Thousands of Falun Gong practitioners were
persecuted. Above facts revealed that it is a
terrible environment behind the so-called paradise
acclaimed by CPC’s propaganda. The sacrifice of
people’s life enormously surmounted the death number
in any wars. Obviously, in order to enable people
to get ride of threatening from blood and death, in
order to make people to live human being’s life, in
order to make people to decide their own destiny, in
order to save millions of innocent people’s life, we
must perform a complete democracy revolution in that
the one-party autocracy has already become the
source of Chinese people’s disasters.
XVI.
The Concrete Strategies of Democracy
Revolution
Comprehensively, a great revolution that will
terminate the one-party autocracy and establish
democratic politics is arriving soon. Our
revolution camp must be well prepared physically and
spiritually. Among these two preparations, the
spiritual preparation is more important. Previously
several democracy movements, which were supposed to
win or at the brim of victory has finally failed due
to the insufficient spiritual preparation. The
facts have demonstrated that it is inadequate to win
if we only have the objective conditions and
opportunities. If the people and democracy pioneers
are not well prepared, the revolution will not be
successful. The most important aspect of the
spiritual preparation is the propaganda and
mobilization. Before launching the revolution, the
propaganda of its justice nature and necessity is
critical. It is necessary to get ride of
apprehension and finally to encourage the people to
participate in the revolution. If all the people
are waiting for the revolution like children are
waiting for the Christmas, the revolution will be so
powerful that the rulers dare not to use violent
force to crack down the revolution. If it is the
case, the peaceful transition will be finished with
least cost. However, the spiritual preparation
itself is not enough, and it must be accompanied by
the physical preparation. The physical preparation
is not to prepare tanks and machineguns. The
physical preparation for the revolution is to unit
as many people as possible and organize them. Once
we finished those two preparations, the revolution
is initialized. The process of revolution is much
more beautiful, which is beyond the imagination of
prophet.
Now we could roughly depict the revolution
strategies based on past revolution experiences and
current social situations:
1.
The spontaneous mass congregation and
demonstrations evolves into a long term oppositions
on the street.
2.
The violence-resistance evolves into strike
and nation-wide demonstrations.
3.
The army and police, inspired by the
democracy, betrays CPC
4.
The local governors and central governors’
conflict intensifies and finally those local
governors will not obey the central government.
5.
Sudden even, such as CPC’s internal fight,
economic crisis, inflation, collapsing of the stock
markets will cause the revolution.
6.
The local autonomy evolves into the
independence of different provinces and
cross-provincial coalitions.
7.
Autonomous governments are formed in
different regions through election and they jointly
launch the convention for legislature and designing
new Constitution.
8.
Uprising occurs in the capital and democratic
government is announced to set up.
Above eight stages might happy in sequence or
simultaneously, but those stages sooner or later
will happy and spread all over the entire country.
Finally, the nation-wide suffrage and convention for
constitution will be held. Finally the democracy
government will be established. Certainly above
stages is a kind of ideal evolvement. If abnormal
events occurred in the due course, such as conflict
between Mainland and Taiwan or Offspring Group of
CPC caused military riots, the cycle of China’s
democracy revolution will be extended. However, if
the people are well organized, the victory of
democracy will come absolutely. The final success
is depended on people’s wise and courage.
Chinese! We could no longer wait! Let us
participated in the revolution. It is an appeal from
history. It is the nation’s hope!
China is ours, victory is ours and the future is
ours! Long life the revolution!
